देहरादून : अंतर्राष्ट्रीय सहकारिता दिवस पर राज्य सरकार ने प्रदेश की आधी आबादी को बड़ी सौगात दी है। सरकार ने सहकारिता के क्षेत्र में महिलाओं को 33 फीसदी आरक्षण देने का ऐतिहासिक निर्णय लिया है, जिसका शासनादेश जारी कर दिया गया है। सूबे के सहकारिता मंत्री डा. धन सिंह रावत ने इसे महिलाओं के हक में अभूतपूर्व फैसला बताते हुये कहा कि यह निर्णय महिला सशक्तिकरण की दिशा में मील का पत्थर साबित होगा। उन्होंने प्रदेशवासियों को अंतर्राष्ट्रीय सहकारिता दिवस की शुभकामनाएं देते हुये प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के ‘सहकार से समृद्धि’ के मंत्र के साथ सहकारिता के क्षेत्र को सशक्त बनाने की भी अपील की।
उत्तराखंड सरकार ने प्रदेश की सहकारी संस्थाओं में महिलाओं को 33 फीसदी आरक्षण देने का ऐतिहासिक निर्णय लिया है। जिसके तहत न्याय पंचायत स्तर से लेकर राज्य स्तर तक की विभिन्न सहकारी संस्थाओं में अध्यक्ष, निदेशक व सदस्यों के पदों पर 33 प्रतिशत आरक्षण महिलाओं के लिये रहेगा। जिससे सहकारिता के क्षेत्र में वर्षों से कार्य कर रही महिलाओं को प्रोत्साहन मिलेगा जो महिला सशक्तिकरण की दिशा में मील का पत्थर साबित होगा। उत्तराखंड राज्य सहकारी समिति निर्वाचन (संशोधन) नियमावली, 2024 लागू होने के उपरांत राज्य में 10 जिला सहकारी बैंकों, 670 बहुउद्देशीय सहकारी समितियों, एवं अन्य शीर्ष सहकारी संस्थाओं यथा उत्तराखंड राज्य सहकारी बैंक, राज्य सहकारी संघ, आवास एवं निर्माण सहकारी संघ, प्रादेशिक को-ऑपरेटिव यूनियन, उपभोक्ता सहकारी संघ, रेशम फेडरेशन, को-ऑपरेटिव डेयरी फेडरेशन, भेड़-बकरी एवं शशक फेडरेशन, मत्स्य सहकारी संघ, श्रम निर्माण संविदा सहकारी संघ, सेब उत्पादक एवं विपणन सहकारी संघ, साइलेज उत्पादन एवं विपणन सहकारी संघ आदि सहकारी संस्थाओं में महिलाओं की 33 फीसदी भागीदारी सुनिश्चित हो जायेगी। इसके साथ ही सहकारी संस्थाओं में पुरूषों का एकाधिकार भी समाप्त हो जायेगा।
