मसूरी : सीजेएम हैंपटन कोर्ट स्कूल के निकट क्लिफ काटेज क्षेत्र में सीवर लाइन के पानी के रिसने के कारण हुए नुकसान व स्थानीय लोगों को हो रही परेशानी पर जल संस्थान व एसडीएम को ज्ञापन दिया व मांग की कि सीवर लाइन को शीघ्र ठीक करवाया जाय ताकि वहां मकानों को होने वाले खतरे से बचाया जा सके।
एसडीएम व जल संस्थान को दिए ज्ञापन में कहा गिया कि क्लिफ काटेज क्षेत्र में सीवर का पानी बहने से स्थानीय लोगों को परेशानी हो रही हे व विगत दिनों इसके कारण पुश्ता भी ढह गया है जिससे कई मकानों को खतरा पैदा हो गया है। वहीं सीवर खुले में बहने से स्थानीय लोगों को परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है।
ज्ञापन में सीवर लाइन को ठीक करने की मांग की गई वहीं चेतावनी भी दी गई कि यदि बहते सीवर को रोकने की कार्रवाई नहीं की गई तो प्रभावित निवासी धरना प्रदर्शन करने को बाध्य होंगे। ज्ञापन देने वालों में देवेंद्र उनियाल, श्याम सिह नेगी, सिताब सिंह, अरविंद रावत, मंजू, दर्मियान सिंह कंडारी, शांति बिष्ट, कमलेश, देवेश्वरी आदि शामिल थे। वहीं दूसरी ओर एसडीएम डा. दीपक सैनी ने भी मौके पर नगर पालिका अधिशासी अधिकारी राजेश नैथानी, जल संस्थान के अवर अभियंता दीपक शर्मा, नायब तहसीलदार सुरेंद्र सिंह के साथ जाकर निरीक्षण किया व आवश्यक निर्देश दिए। एसडीएम डा. दीपक सैनी ने कहा कि नालों की सफाई पूर्व में भी की गई है लेकिन भारी बरसात के कारण मलवा आने से नाले बंद हो गये जहां तक मालरोड के नालों की बात है उसे खोलने में समय लगेगा। हैंपटन कोर्ट रोड पर तत्वरित कार्रवाई की जा रही है वहीं कहा कि जहां भी प्राइवेट निर्माण का मलवा खालों में डाला जा रहा है उनको नोटिस दिया जायेगा व आपदा प्रबंधन अधिनियम के अंतर्गत कार्रवाई की जायेगी। जो भी मार्ग क्षतिग्रस्त होगा उसे ठीक करवाया जायेगा। क्लिफ काटेज में पुश्ता गिरा है उसकी सीवर लाइन को तत्काल एगजेस्टिंग सीवर लाइन से जोड़ा जायेगा अगर उससे काम नहीं चला तो अन्य उपाय किए जायेगे। वहीं कहा कि कल्वर्ट पर जहां भी कब्जा किया गया है उनके खिलाफ 4/5 पीपी एक्ट में कार्रवाई की जायेगी।
